· The interest expressed in some teacher training and for a local children’s pastor who would like to see Good News Clubs started in their area
Pray with us for –
· Fred and Helen Gibson (faithful and dedicated members of our chapter’s local committee) because their house was burned last Friday afternoon when their vehicle in the garage began to burn. They will be out of their home for about 8 months. Praise the Lord this did not happen in the night hours – Fred and Helen are both safe and well. Pray they may find a comfortable living situation for these months.
· After-school Good News Clubs meeting this week
· Our Wednesday Zoom club – the kids are precious and so very open to learning more about the Lord
· The folks in our state office who run the Truth Chasers Club – pray that more kids will join and that our Illinois chapters will be faithful to inform kids about this free correspondence club

· The creativity and wisdom as we prepare a special end-of-the-year chapter newsletter
· Our newest local committee member, Tracy – pray for the state board to complete process of vetting
· Our staff and volunteers – for safety, stamina, and continued growth and maturity in the Lord
· School officials of all the districts in our chapter area – ask the Lord to reach their hearts and cause them each to be open and cooperative – pray especially for Union School
· Pray too for the Saratoga School (Morris) team as they are hoping to get a club going there soon – looks like in the new year
· CEF missionaries/workers in war-torn areas of the world—their safety and effectiveness
· The dozens of clubs taking place throughout Illinois
· The wisdom for our local committee dealing with hooking up with village water and closing of our well – to be decided upon at our meeting on November 12
