The best place to begin is, offering worship and praise to the Lord for –
· Our one and only Savior, Jesus Christ
· The great start to our Good News Club® last week at Aux Sable School
· The Holy Spirit, our Helper – the One who is with us continually to give us His peace, comfort, protection, and victory as we live with our eyes and attention focused on our blessed Savior
Please pray with us for –
· The children who will be attending our clubs this week at Morris Elwood, Coal City, Aux Sable, and our Wednesday Zoom club – ask the Lord to prepare each heart to hear and respond to the Word
· Our local committee members as we meet Tuesday evening: Fred, Helen, Tracy, Pat, Rita, Rick D, Robert, Rick L, Anna, and Donald – due to the predicted weather forecast our meeting will be postponed until April 21
· Kadence Durden, our summer missionary – ask the Lord to prepare her heart for service during the summer months ahead
· The chapter’s finances – ask the Lord to move the hearts of His people to give so that we may continue this vital work and ministry to boys and girls
· Fred, one of our committee members, who has shoulder difficulty and in therapy until the end of this month – ask the Lord for healing
· CEF missionaries throughout the world who are serving the Lord in troubled areas – pray for their protection and effectiveness
· 5-Day Club® locations for the summer – if you would like more information about hosting a club, give us a call at 815.741.0366
Thank you for taking time to talk to the Father on our behalf – we value your prayer support! Blessings, Mike – Hebrews 12:1 – 3
